I got my first yesterday. If somebody had told me when I was in college that getting a vaccination would have me doing a happy dance, I'd have considered them completely around the bend.
Yay!! My 42-year-old son got his 1st one yesterday...and I get mine on Monday. He was saying last night what a momentous, once-in-a-lifetime event this vaccination is, but I told him it's kind of the 2nd for me. When I was in elementary school, we all got the polio vaccine at school. Although polio wasn't the pandemic that this is, it was still quite a big deal. I hope your 2nd dose is being nice to you.
