DANG IT

I know you might find this hard to believe, but I just want to come to the d-chair and melt into the wallpaper. I just cannot stand being high maintenance.

Starting view:

Um...gee...what just happened?

Ending view:

Yup. That was me being totally EXTRA today and passing out. That's what happens when you gain THREE KILOS in four days and then try to take off FOUR KILOS because you're a dumbass and didn't stick to the smoothie/salad plan.

Guess who's having a damn salad for dinner?

  4. Hmmm maybe time to adjust the smoothie/salad plan? Does the d-unit offer dietician consult?

  8. Oh my :-( I blame Mr Crohn and the related meds that have your system out of whack.
    Feel better!

  9. Oops! Deep breath and fight on - the war against wobble is long and hard but I guess no more straying! Here husband is home - he said what diet? Not a diet, but just cutting back on portion sizes and no cakes. I stopped making cake because I can't stop myself eating them and unfortunately he has taken over the kitchen and makes cakes. I am dooooooomed!

  10. A good salad should do it... Just remember the pass-out when you are reaching for something other than shake and salad...
Back on track and down with the kilos. I also suspect the Crohn and meds have discombobulated your system... it should all balance out with patience and adherence.
