CHELLO, MOJO!

Finally! A good stitchy night!
This one came as a complete surprise, because it was lurking in the very back of The Official Spinster Stitcher Fun Old Fashioned Family Christmas Basket of Fun.
If memory serves, this was originally started sometime circa 2005 or 2006. I had completed the center moteef before tucking it away for Christmas Future.

(WITH all of the threads this time and thankyouverymuch!)
The linen in real life is a little more buttery yello, but the early morning Tuesday Hoosier light, alas, is not cooperating.

So the happy report is that I stitched and watched bad TeeVee to my heart's content last night, Dearies. I really didn't think I would be able to do so after having a crashy day in the d-chair (again with the low blood pressure...oey), but a huge cup of Italian Roast damn good when I got home seemed to do the trick!

Today I will go for my semi-annual hair cut and then to the Targets to pick up a prescription and fetch another strand of white lights for the balcony garland. After what seems like a hundred year's of faithful service, the current strand decided to give up the ghost last night, and I really want to continue to enjoy them, especially since I found my remote control gizmo to turn them on and off from the comfort of the Happy Chair!

Laundry is sploshing and the second cup of damn good is sputtering out of the coffee making contraption. If I can, I'm going to get the paper read and a few more stitches in before heading out into the wilds of Granger!

Happy Tuesday! I hope your mojo is making for very stitchy festivities in your neck of the woods! Come tell me all about it!

  1. It's a sunny day here in Toronto but below freezing (-3 for Celsius, maybe 28 Fahrenheit) so I will try to bundle up and go for a walk. At least there is no snow. But stitching in the happy chair sounds better.

  5. Glad that this one had all the threads with it after such a long hiatus. Phew!

Cool and cloudy here on the 5th day of an Australian summer.
