ALMOST THERE...

A few more hours, and I think this one will be complete!

Stewey and I decided to watch "Love Story" last night.  I didn't quite get what all the fuss was about.  Stewey, of course, wept copiously into his little handkerchief.

Hmmmm.  Must be something wrong with me.

I hope that your weekend is filled ith everything you want it to be!  Stewey is hosting his ladies' luncheon on Saturday and I am going to stitch with Miss Charlene, Miss Jane, and Miss Myrtis!

Woo Hoo!

  1. I do not "do" counted anything! But I love how this piece has come together. All those colors and textures.

  3. Don't apologize for not weeping ... Love means never having to say you're sorry! The wreath looks like it will be ready just in time for Valentine's Day - and that's nothing to be sorry about either :D

  4. Beautiful piece. Congrats to both you, for lovely stitching, and Miss LJP, for a great design.
Have just finished the bio of Jane Franklin, sister of Benjamin, and I highly recommend it. Fascinating woman. Title, Book of Ages.

  9. I hate it when I finish a project right before I am meeting with friends for crafts day (Or weekend!). To start a new project is tough as it takes so much enegery to get it up and going. How do you handle this with a deadline of having a stitchy day with pals? Do you bring an WIP? Do you dive right into a new project? Do you whine like me ?

  11. I think if you're over 25 you don't cry at Love Story! I sure did cry at the end of the book when I was 19. Love the wreath!
