AND THEN, IT WAS SUDAY...AGAIN.

How is it possible that I go an entire week without a visit?  What has HAPPENED to me?  I used to drive y'all positively nuts with my silly blathering, and now I can't seem to get my heiney into the desk chair more than once in a full seven days.

Oh, how I've missed you so.

Nothing really too terribly new to report from the friendly confines of Chez Spinster.  Stewey and I are enjoying the fall colors and a few days of crisp temperatures while I happily stitch away on this:
Yup.  Still pluggin away on Threedles "Looking Glass" and really enjoying it despite the glitzy threads.  How is it that I can still wear glitter eye shadow, yet the thought of a few strands of Sparkle Braid sends me into a tizzy fit?

What's new in your little corner of the world?  Are you warm and safe and dry and keeping your fingers tickled with something fabulous?

Hope so!

  3. Okay my little cousin (I figure we are related because I seem to be related to everyone in Indiana), you really do need to communicate a little more often. We worry about you when you don't. Read that as: W O R R Y!!!!!! Whether you realize it or not, you really are a cousin, big sister, little sister, or aunt to us all. You are family! I, for one, miss you terribly when you don't write. sigh..... I am certainly glad you are alive and well and stitching up a storm. Hugs to you and Stewey.

  10. God I love your blog. I was worried as well when you hadn't been posting, but I get the AWOL posting thing because I do it all the time on mine, too. I just don't think anyone notices!

Gorgeous work; I love the patterns you choose.

I have a quick question: what are those stitching frames you are using? They look like frames with round magnets all around? Can you use those for cross stitch as well? I'm always on the lookout for awesome stitchy frames.
