I use a dishcloth and always hung it over the tap to dry. But husband just left it in a wet lump in the sink or on the counter. So I put a cup hook where it could drip into the sink. So no more stinky dishcloth! (I also wash dishcloths and towels with vinegar and occasionally give the dishcloths a good bleach in the sink.).
Which means no new sponge joy for me 😢 as the dishcloths seem to last forever.
For some reason this makes me laugh, as I definitely feel a little joy when I replace the skoy cloth with a new one.
ReplyDeleteOh I so agree I live in a two family household things get nasty fast in our kitchen so I love a clean sponge : )
ReplyDeleteI can relate to this completely! ~ Sue
