  1. I've always loved the look of your stitching on linen. I am a long time stitcher but never brave enough to try linen for fear of messing up my count on the stitches. Any tips from a pro??

    1. Yes! Go for it! It takes a minute, but eventually your eyes only see the "square". I also use the point of my needle quite a bit to count.

    2. I'm not a pro, but I'm old, & possibly wise. Use the beautiful linen. Don't 'save it until you get better'. Enjoy it now, there'll be more in the future

  2. For me, one good thing about getting older is that the hair on my legs has disappeared. It may be a symptom of impending doom, but I'll enjoy it anyway!

    1. My Mom told me that would happen and it definitely has. I still have some spots where I feel I need to hit once in a while but otherwise it's great. And I have no hair on my underarms. Glad that happened as I always hated shaving my underarms.

  3. Hi Coni, that first cartoon got me motivated :). Made the first pass tonight and it's a bit less wiry from the knees down. It may be shorts weather Friday, so that was another reason.

I think you have a good idea with your projects. Not too big, but you have a nice little finish within a reasonable amount of time. Looking forward to the sheep 🐑
