FRIDAY PLAN



(My actual smoothie was different than this...almond milk, lemon yogurt, frozen peaches, and frozen blueberries.)


Stitching, a smoothie, and fish tacos. Period.

And maybe some laundry.

And a splosh in the pool.

And a quick little tidy-up.

And balcony sweeping.

And a car wash.

And a few hours at the table doing paperwork and bills.

And...

  2. Does the fish taco and the smoothie cancel each other? I would stick with the taco...the smoothie looks way too healthy...just sayin'.

  3. Is the smoothie supposed to be all you eat in order to lose the weight? 2 of those a day seem like you wouldn't eat anything else in order to lose the 10 pounds in 10 days.

  8. I'm going to try that smoothie! But I do have a question. What would 1 large spinach be? I am guessing a handful?
