TWO MONTH KIDNEYVERSARY!

Can you believe it's been two whole months today, Dearies? I am sitting in the waiting room of the lab waiting for my turn, noticing the progress my fellow patients have made and accepting congratulations for progress of my own. Sometimes it feels like forever ago. Sometimes it feels like just yesterday.

I have one more month of "recovery mode" and then it's on to a whole new year and a whole new life!

WoooooooHooooooo!

  2. And a whole bunch of stitching, plus many bunches of fun for you and JB - and, vicariously, for all your happy readers. We love to "see" you healthy and lively and improving all the time. This is going to be such a merry Xmas, and half the world will be sharing it with you. (The other half haven't started stitching yet.)

  7. Totally random encounter in my favorite
Sparkle store----a woman told me she was ten years in on a kidney transplant and told me to tell you the first two years were hard, but then everything settled in and she has been fine. She said she was sending all sorts of good thoughts your way. This was totally random, I did not ask about her health or tell her about yours. Is there some sort of Kidney Transplant Message Center going on here?

  12. It is hard to believe it has been two months already! So happy that things are going so well with recovery, though I do know there have been hard days they seem to be getting less and less :)
