I´ll join in. We have had four dreadful days weatherwise, dark, stormy, high winds and rain, rain and rain and hail. I woke up at 7.30 and sat in bed stitching until 9.30 and I could have stayed hours longer - just a pity DH can´t make do with a sandwich midday.
Please assure your friend that this is what winter is for. And, if you should perhaps feel like emulating her, then enjoy it, and do it for those of us who can't do it right now ;)
