Merry Christmas! I always enjoy reading your blog, thank you for sharing so much of your life. I include you in my prayers and hope you will be able to have a kidney transplant very soon. Hope you and JB have a wonderful and relaxing, peaceful Christmas! Mary
I was cruising Pinterest, looked at a recipe for butter tarts, and found a discussion of the difference between Canadian and American all purpose flour. (I didn’t even know there is a difference.)
So I wondered if this might contribute to your Greek cookie challenges. Perhaps the original cookies were made with Canadian-style flour?
When the lockdowns and quarantines end, I’ll bring you a bag!
Merry Christmas to you.
