    I was cruising Pinterest, looked at a recipe for butter tarts, and found a discussion of the difference between Canadian and American all purpose flour. (I didn’t even know there is a difference.)

    So I wondered if this might contribute to your Greek cookie challenges. Perhaps the original cookies were made with Canadian-style flour?

    When the lockdowns and quarantines end, I’ll bring you a bag!
