AND THEN...EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT

I. Love. Snow.

There. I said it.

Now ask me again in about an hour how I feel about it after I've gotten bundled up and driven to the d-chair.

Cross stitching last night! Pretty Pumpkins!

  1. Oh Coni, your snow pictures are lovely. Please be careful out there as you head off to chair time.

    PS I love snow too!

  2. One of the things I liked best about living in Indiana was how the seasons fit the holidays. Thanksgiving, the frost really was on the pumpkin, and it was neat to be decorating the Christmas tree while it was actually snowing. Little hard here in the South where Santa's looking a bit over-dressed seeing as the bougainvilleas are in full bloom.

  3. We don't get much snow in western Oregon, and it tends to be slushy, but when we do I love the unique quiet and brightness it brings! My dad was a boy in Hobart, Indiana in the 1920's and when it snowed in San Francisco in 1962 he recognized it just by that muffled quiet,

  4. Love the snow too, but when the sky is blue afterwards, as the sun reflects so much sparkles. Looking a very festive balcony! Safe journey (guess you are there and back home by now!). Is it normal for this time of year in your area? Seems to be a lot of snow around the US at the moment. We didn't get much snow this year, a little bit last November that thawed very fast as it turned to rain. We just had lots of rain! But in the February we had several inches and I loved it! Stay safe xx
