Horrors. Being sick is bad enough. No "damn good" is no damn good! Hie thee to a store, or send someone who isn't as vulnerable to germs as you may be, to snap one up. Coffee makers may be more abundant than toilet paper right now....
You could line a strainer with paper towels dump in the coffee and pour boiling water slowly over it. (Obviously cup should be underneath to catch said coffee) Not the best cup of damn fine but better than nothing. until amazon to the rescue. Stay healthy.
I love getting the early news first because you've always sorted it by your second post! Anyway a good cry doesn't hurt anyone, and it is much better to let it all out thank keep it in. Take care.
