You are really doing well! You lost weight even on an "off" week, so that's something to celebrate! I'm sorry to hear about your podmate. I hope you have a wonderful relaxing stitch-filled weekend! Mary
There you go, super lady.... lost weight despite the temptations... Please pick up your stitching this weekend and relax … the regulated pace with the needle should get you back in the groove.... Enjoy yourself.
Although I’ve read, and thoroughly enjoyed, your blog for years, I’ve rarely, if ever, commented. But now I just want to say, don’t you dare give up! Don’t give up! You can do this! You’re so close! Praying for you and yours. Keep it going!
Just keep taking it one day at a time with your goal in sight. Make sure you bolster yourself with non scale related achievements as well. Celebrate doing up a coat that you thought you'd lost forever, getting to the top of a hill and not needing medical assistance, turning down a second helping because actually you were full. These all keep you going when the scales are sluggish.
Go Coni!
ReplyDeleteThose are some NICE looking numbers Coni!!! And I am going to memorize that saying.
ReplyDeleteYou're almost to that first goal! Keep it up! It's definitely worth it.
ReplyDeleteYou are doing great! Even after the slip ups you still lost!! It just shows you didn't do too bad after all!!!
ReplyDeleteKeep going. Tomorrow is a new day. But you still lost weight this week, so that's a definite positive!!!

Nice progress toward the goals! Not ever week can be stellar progress, but not every week will be a stinker either!
