  12. Just keep taking it one day at a time with your goal in sight. Make sure you bolster yourself with non scale related achievements as well. Celebrate doing up a coat that you thought you'd lost forever, getting to the top of a hill and not needing medical assistance, turning down a second helping because actually you were full. These all keep you going when the scales are sluggish.
