A complete Howard's End day yesterday. First I watched the four-part series on the Starz, and then I re-watched the movie with Emma Thompson and Anthony Hopkins. Both were just what this spinster needed on a quiet Thursday.
Progress continues on my Monogomania piece:
Before I know it, the incoming residents will be demanding a community centre and a block party!
(Methinks I will be happy to oblige.)
Enjoy your Friday, Dearies! I am off to dialysis like a herd of turtles with high hopes that the angioplasty and futzing was successful! Come tell me all anout your adventures!
Coni, your Maynia piece is looking great. I hope today's chair time goes smoothly and Buzzy behaves himself. Thinking of you!
ReplyDeleteGracious, girl, your needle must be smoking by now! You're zipping right along.
ReplyDeleteI'm having a Murphy's Law kind of day, so I'm giving up, going to bed (I work 3rd shift) and hoping tonight is better.
Also hoping Buzzy & Beepy get along today and everything goes smoothly for you!
Sending prayers for a smooth happy day. Love, hugs & prayers, Cathryn ♥♥♥
ReplyDeleteJust re-watched Howards End for the gazillionth time myself, just love it; hope your session goes well today and that you are able to stitch a bit..Best Wishes

Oh, Howard's End! I have to read it every year or so - and the film is great too. Have not seen the TV series. Best of luck at the dialysis - you are very brave.
