Praying for an easy day for you today. No matter what chaos surrounds you, just try to breathe and relax and picture your happy place. You are strong. (My elderly father is on the MWF dialysis schedule too, so you are in my thoughts and prayers each time.)
You can do it!!! Fortified with your survival gear, the time will pass before you know it and then back to the Happy Chair to do whatever you darn well please. Embracing you in prayer for ease.

You have got this! Hubby just had knee surgery here. Surgery on Wednesday and he was discharged yesterday. Home healthcare will start tomorrow for therapy. Got so involved with that that I missed the Shepherds Bush retreat sign up yesterday. They are full but maybe next time. I haven’t been to a retreat so i was thinking maybe I should start small and work my way up. If you know of any good ones let me know. Hope all goes well with your treatment today!
