THURSDAY BLECH

I avoided the flying timberdoodles by spending the day in bed.  I'm out of sorts, I tell ya, and just can't seem to get one foot in front of the other.  So rather than ponder it, fret about it, and bemoan it, I have decided that the best thing to do is to grab my book, a blanket, and find the big girl sleigh bed.

Alas, there was not one single stitch of stitching to report, my dearies, but don't worry...I'll hit it again soon.  Today, though, methinks I might just try to be me for a bit...with all that entails.

  5. I agree with Donna. The best thing is just to go back to bed with a book and ignore as much as you can until the sttuation has gone back into the cave!

  6. What's better than a book in bed, when you're not feeling great? Enjoy some down time and come back when you are feeling better, which I hope is soon.

  8. Some days you have to do what you have to do... go with the flow. Enjoy the book and sojourn in bed until the
impetus returns. Just look at what you accomplished these past days.....you have earned some down time...

  9. When that happens to me, I call it a "quiet day". Sometimes you just need a quiet day to veg and just read a book or nap on and off all day. I think it recharges my batteries. As I age, my batteries need more recharging. lol
