HAVING AN AHA! MOMENT ON A MONDAY

It only took me ten plus years to figure it out...

The reason why I love stitching so much is that it is the one thing in my silly little life that I can control.

Cheers, kids!  By this time tomorrow, God willing, I will be back in the Happy Chair with my stitching in hand, a booboo bandage on my arm, and some really good meds to help me think nothing but calm, happy thoughts!

See you on the other side...

  31. Best wishes, Coni! I'm saying prayers for you (today is Tuesday when I'm finally reading this)
re "see you on the other side"...a reference to the Apollo moon missions, when they'd go around the dark side of the moon and lose communications with Mission Control?
(my husband said that to me when he was going in for surgery years ago...totally freaked out his sister....but I knew exactly what he meant...but it took me some time to talk his sister down off the ledge! )
