It's 48 degrees outside and not much warmer inside. I play this game every year...how long can I go before firing up the furnace? I love it cold...makes the blanket and fireplace seem all the more cozier!
Today's agenda is to finish Cotton Candy! I haven't stitched in a day or two because I'm closing in on coloring the final page of my first Angie Grace coloring book!
Beautiful stitching!
ReplyDeleteWe do the same thing about turning on the heater. In Texas, you can go for a long time before turning it on.
ReplyDeleteI agree about the fireplace and a blanket. One of the things I enjoy in the
ReplyDeletewintertime (and there are not too many) is being on my sofa, wrapped in
my down comforter, watching it snow. This, of course, is done between cups of cocoa and buttered english muffins or toast.
Yes, it IS soup weather! I just wish my DH would agree to eat some soup. He's kind of getting finicky about what he eats. Love your toasty fireplace. I can see why it's Stewey's favorite place. Stay warm. :) Cathryn
ReplyDeleteI love soup weather too!
ReplyDelete87 degrees here yesterday, Coni!
ReplyDelete87 FRIGGIN' DEGREES!
(Miss you!)
