Ah, the joys of stitching! That happens to me all the time. I think Stars is really looking wonderful! I especially like the block in the bottom, right corner.
It looks wonderful even without the gold bits. My skin truly itches when I see your needlepoint! It reminds me that I really should pick up mine again, but I'm such a procrastinator. I guess I'll just live through yours for the time being.
I have this book in my someday pile. I haven't been able to decide on a color scheme. So far, I like yours the best. Keep up the good work. Oh, and I agree with Stewey--it's not nice to tease the dog.--KB
It could have been worse, you could have already framed it. I did that once, ugh! It looks beautiful. Don't think I would have noticed it without you telling me, hmm maybe that is how my project got framed unfinshed. Wendy
That is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteStill looks, great, though.
ReplyDeleteThe camera or scanner always catches my mistakes for me. Useful but I hate it.
That is a beautiful piece you are working on!
ReplyDeleteYour craptastic picture is okay in my book! I have found the same exact thing...look at it in a picture and find the areas you forgot to do...doh!~
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeleteNot craptastic! Beautiful!!! I wouldn't necessarily say you missed that spot. Afterall, it is a WIP right?!

Even with the little bit of gold missing, it still looks amazing!

It is really coming along nicely...Maybe we need to have Stewey nip at your heels when you miss an area of stitching.
