Stewey, you need to sit down and watch the Sound of Music with your mom. Then you will understand why she is dancing around!! It's the best movie, EVER!
Stewey, I think you need a Julie Andrews movie-thon. Sound of Music, Mary Poppins, Victor Victoria... lots of singing and dancing. Only, they do wear clothes, so I can understand if it's the dancing "in her underwear" that you're concerned about. I just don't get it if you're concerned about the dancing itself.
Stewey, you are a smart dog, but you sure missed the bone on this one! You should realize by now that this is normal behaviour for your Mom, and not to worry.
If I were you, I'd be more concerned over the fact that while you were hypnotized by Mom doing her cross kicks, that big bully stray cat in the neighborhood just buried your favourite chew toy deep in the back garden that he uses for his litter box.
I don't have an address for e-mail, but wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed "reading you" in the new NN - I get advance copies. This will be fun to look forward to. However - you are young, and don't remember that we have had several first ladies who did lots of great needlepoint - Gail Hendrix could tell you about that. Carry on the great work and keep the sense of humor! J.H.
OMG Coni, I so needed that today. (Our very sick truck will soon bite the bullet and hit the dust.) And I agree with the ladies, Stewey, that said you needed a Julie Andrews moviethon. Get your little hiney out there and dance with your MOM-it might be just what she needs. And I'm sure, as smart as you are, you know how to dance. hugs Debs
Thank you for your blog - I am an avid reader. My 9 mth old son liked this video. He was in his "jumperoo" jumping very excitedly and singing along in his own baby way - I will now have to find the soundtrack!

Hmmmm ... I'd better get over there and see what Aunt Purl had to say today.
ReplyDeleteThat was great!
ReplyDeleteMy husband is from Belgium so he had the best of time watching it with me.
