Yes it is! When Under Armor won the uniform contract for Notre Dame years ago, they promised to incorporate more design elements significant to campus. The scroll work is supposed to remind viewers of the Gothic architecture throughout campus and, in particular, the design elements of the Basilica of the Sacred Heart.
