WHO'S HAPPIER THAN A PORTLY SPINSTER ON A HOOSIERVILLE SATURDAY?

After a really good night's sleep, I am up bright and early, well caffeinated, tidied, and in the Happy Chair while the laundry sploshes in the laundry machine.

The JABCO birds arrived yesterday, so I attached three of them to the Winter Wonderland Mill Hill, took it off the stretcher bars, and popped it into a frame:

I'm struggling with envy over all of the gorgeous pictures of your winter decorating, but instead of re-doing every wall of CS2, I figured I'd stash these little finishes here and there for some cheer on cold gloomy days.

Speaking of...we are below zero with the wind chill in these here parts. If you are similarly affected, I hope you will bundle up all of your tender parts before venturing out.

As for me...I'm staying put for the duration. JB's cockpit chair is supposed to be delivered today (I hope), so I assume there will be lots of futzing and moving and assembling and grunting and sweating before the day is done.
