This fat bottomed girl better get back on the stick. I keep gaining and losing the same ten pounds, it seems. I keep hearing about the "Quarantine Fifteen", but if I'm not careful I'm going to end up right back where I started.
Smoothie for breakfast today.
Salad for dinner.

ReplyDeleteTotally agree - the scales seem to be affected by the atmospheric conditions (well that's my excuse). My weight goes up and down and is frustrating. I think not drinking enough water/fluids makes you retain water more, as when I am making sure to have enough during the day, it does seem to go back down. Weird! Try your clothes on - if they didn't fit before, but do now, then you are still doing well. I tried mine and all the buttons on my plaid shirt could be done up - and room to spare. Yet I look the same and I can't see where it's gone. To me I'm still very much a fat bottomed, fat tummed, fat armed old girl!
But the sun is up and a bunny has been on the weedy patio!
