Oooh, Coni! We used to have braciole when I was little. I recently saw it in Whole Foods. That took me back. Is yours rolled and stuffed w/ raisins and herbs and spices? Soooo yummy! Buono apetitto!
Oh nommy nom! That looks really good - can almost imagine the smell. Here, after watering the new trees (goat willow - windbreak hopefuls) as it had been so dry, we get a deluge overnight! Well that saves watering everything else! While I was down there, some little spiders came running over the grass to drink the water too. So cute, and something I never thought about before! Sunshine again today! It can rain as much as it likes in the night - nobody misses it and as long as the sun returns in the day it is hip hip hooray time! Hope you had a lovely relaxing day.
