TUESDAY...6AM
Well here we are at the crack of dawn, Dearies. I don't think I've seen this side of the clock in quite some time, but there's something about it that is very peaceful. I know quite a few of you get up at these hours for some good stitchy/devotional/exercise/coffee time, but the truth is that I finished sleeping earlier than usual and decided to get up and see what all the fuss was about.
A doctor's appointment and laundry are the only two things on my agenda, but I am determined to stitch most, if not all, of the day away. I only managed two or three stitches into Plum Pudding yesterday, but it was enough to make me want more.
What does your Tuesday look like?

What a peaceful beginning to your day. I have to work today but was up before the sun and would love to be sitting in my favorite spot with my stitching in my lap. It would be so nice to only have two things on my agenda. (*sigh) I sincerely hope you get to stitch the day away. Happy Tuesday!
ReplyDeleteOff to meet a dear friend for lunch and then wait for the first snow of the season. Around here we call them no-storms, as we never know if it's gonna snow or not. Am on my stitch routine for the new year and enjoying it.
ReplyDeleteLike Ames, I am waiting on the no-storm. It will appear or not. I am in the mountains, so I may have a better shot at snow. Who knows.
ReplyDeleteI am up early to get some work done every morning for the folks in Europe, so I do appreciate the quiet in the morning.
Enjoy your day!
I slept in today and now feel like I missed out on some time. Another one waiting on the supposed snow. Hope your appointment goes well and you are able to stitch to your heart's desire!
ReplyDeleteI too rarely am up early. Hope you enjoyed your time
ReplyDeleteThe no-storm is supposed to hit us tonight I hope it has the sense to wait until after tonight's Guild meeting!
ReplyDeleteOh how I envy easeful early risers...the quietude...Sun is shining until Friday, then 12 days of rain showers with one day of no-storm. Many thanks for the Australia resources, Coni. We are group praying for their welfare, extinguishing rainfall and preservation of life.
ReplyDeleteI am not a morning person but I am always happy with myself when I do get up early and enjoy the quiet. But my cozy bed usually wins.
ReplyDeleteSounds like D day went OK if you are up and ready for action! Not a lot happening here - but I did try sewing yesterday. I now have to unpick because I'm fussy and I like my points to be almost perfect instead of "is that supposed to be a point?" Arghh!
