Oh, what a happy Saturday! Six hours of cleaning and decorating and futzing and putzing about, and CS2 is in tip top shape and ready for Fall! I am beyond thrilled with the calories burned and steps walked, but I know that I am going to pay for this tomorrow.
Everything looks beautiful! It's so much fun to decorate for a new season. I'm sure you'll be tired after so much work, but you'll also be able to enjoy such pretty surroundings! Hope you have a lovely evening & a relaxing fun Sunday!
ReplyDeletebravissima and bravissimo ??? to you and JB... not a smidgeon
ReplyDeleteout of place and looking Amish chic? I hope the Angels of
scouring beyond endurance will bless and reward you with a
relaxing and renewing Sabbath rest and a letting go... There
must be some sort of medal for that kind of effort...
I am in awe and incomprehension. I have in seven decades failed to achieve the ability to tidy. I would still be wandering and wondering how to get the place straight.
ReplyDeleteSuper job - well done that crazy woman! But at least you can relax knowing it is all ship shape. Maybe tackle a room at a time in future so that you don't tire yourself out! Kudos to you!
ReplyDeleteI'm waiting for my husband to go on his holiday with our daughter (no more planes for me - I'm staying on terra firma!) and the moment he's out of the door then boy am I going to clean up! Then I'll have mum over for a little holiday for her. She's 90 and not been here for a while but her room will be ready - we have had so many visitors that it is always ready for the unexpected!
Wow, Coni! You were definitely a gal on a mission. It all looks fabulous. Hope you rest today!
ReplyDeleteOh Coni, my airport code is XNA, when you get the urge to continue your fantastic cleaning and decorating frenzy!!
ReplyDeleteWell done! Stewey would be so pleased with his Mo-ther.
