Yeah, I've always worried about those people who "forget" to eat --- something's wrong there! I have NEVER, not even with flu, "forgotten" to eat --- what a wonderful problem THAT would be!
I can get engrossed in something and the time whooshes away and then I forget to eat. Trouble is, my body then stores my fat even more! LOL! 2 pounds is a lot - go girly go girly! I'm too scared to step on the scales now - I think they are wrong because I know I've put on weight - unless my clothes have shrunk but last time I weighed the same as before! Hmmmm. Maybe it showed me what I wanted to be! LOL!
That is two pounds of progress and more will be shed, just know it. That is what happens when you are determined full speed, Coni dear. May you be as inspired as you are inspiring. Have a great weekend.
