Don't worry, Dearies. I am still here, but held together with Mucinex and Robitussin at the moment. This bit of unwell is kicking my heiney, but I am kicking right back.
(But gingerly, and with my slippers on.)
Come tell me about your corner of the world and what happens to be strikimg your fancies today!
Glad to know you have not lost you sense of humor. I am also glad you are taking care of you. Here we are having a slight, very slight, break in the COLD. So my main things for today are trips to the library and the grocery store. Then back home to get warm. After food prep I will try to stitch. I am way, way behind. I hope you continue to fight the good fight against the nasty bug!
ReplyDeleteGlad you are hitting back at being sick! Go Coni! Here is hoping that you are feeling better each day. Stay inside warm and cozy! Thinking of you!
ReplyDeleteRelieved to hear your fighting spirit is intact and whipping down that cold. With a weekend of rest, curatives and JB for company, let us hope Monday will find you ready to roll.
ReplyDeleteHope you can salve the symptoms with a bit of stitchery.
It's a snow day here in Portland, Oregon and a good day for stitching, altho I'm spending a lot of time just looking out at the beautiful snow. Hang in there and get all the rest you need.
ReplyDeleteHere in Ohio, Coni, it's cold but the beautiful sun is shining so that's a spirit raiser. We are dog sitting for our son and DIL today,a cute Aussie and a sweet greyhound. The greyhound's face always reminds me of your precious Stewey. I hope you feel better fast!
ReplyDeletePretty windy today in southern Maine, making the 20 degree-ish weather seem much colder. The same bug has been everywhere here - don't know if it is the flu or not, but very contagious anyway. Valentine's Day is next week, so that will be a pick-me-up and then St Patrick's day. Can spring be far behind??❤️☘️
ReplyDeleteJust been thinking of you and praying for you. Love, hugs & prayers, Cathryn ♥♥♥
ReplyDeleteSnomageddon here just south of Seattle, and the next person who says "winter Wonderland" dies a slow and painful death. It is very good for binge watching Netflix and stitching though.
ReplyDeleteStill wet here and not so windy thank goodness - fed up with the rain but today we have sleet just to make it a little interesting (NOT)!
ReplyDeleteHang in there and hope you are feeling much better today.
Sorry to hear you are still not feeling well. It is frigid here so trying to stay inside as much as possible and get some stitches in.
ReplyDeleteHope you are feeling much better today Coni. x
