  1. I read this recently "If you are depressed, you are looking back at the past. If you are anxious you are looking forward to the future. If you are happy, you are in the present". Try and stay in the present Conni. You can't do anything about the past and the future hasn't happened yet and worrying about it won't change it. I know it's easy for someone else to tell you what to do but I hope it helps.xx
