Dec 27, 2018

Happy Thursday, Dearies!

I'm off to an appointment this afternoon, then it's home to Prairie Moon's Holiday Farm. I decided to continue stitching until complete, which hopefully will be very soon!

(That would mean that I had TWO wip finishes this Christmas...a true spinster miracle indeed!)

My tomorrow will be occupied with You Know What, Saturday is the Cotton Bowl (GO IRISH!), and on Sunday I have You Know What again followed by a visit from an out of town friend of Magoo's. That gives me Monday and Tuesday to get my stitchy act together and implement my system for the new year...go back through this here blog and put a basket together of everything I was stitching in that month from 2008-2018.

Brace yourselves, Dearies. This is either going to be a lot of fun or end in tears and recriminations.

Hopefully, there are no tears in your corner of the world and you are off to a wonderful adventure. Do something fun (and maybe a little naughty?) today and come tell me all about it!

(I'm behaving myself for once, and staying out of the ham!)

  1. Holiday Farm is looking fabulous and you are so close to getting it finished. Coni, your new system is going to bring you smiles and fun; no tears or recriminations allowed. Thinking of you!

  2. Bravo on those two finishes when you snip the last thread.
Just realized your holiday schedule calls for you to give
Sunday over to the chair, courageous lady. Hoping all goes
with ease and that you enjoy the rest of the day with Magoo
and friend. You are so organized that Monday and Tuesday
should fall into place as you implement your system for 2019.
I marveled at your tenacity and stamina during this holiday
    season...what an inspiration you are....

  3. I love your stitching, but the center is missing a bit of back stitch I think? And your needle minder is adorable!

    1. For the life of me I couldn't find it, but just spotted it! Thank you, Dearie!

  4. It will be wonderful to have a second seasonal finish in 2018 - yaaaaay!

    Sydney, Australia

  5. Wow. 2008. How many projects from that year do you think that you have left? Any older than that?

  6. I wish I could get my hands on some Prairie Moon patterns. I just love this one you are doing so much. I think I will be putting in a call to my LNS to see if they happen to have any hiding somewhere :)
