Small changes, but changes nonetheless.
I'm off to the chair...going to try to stitch again today if I'm able. Meds are really knocking me out, but hopefully I will feel well enough to take a stitch or two.
Hope your very own Futzingday is wonderfully swell, Dearies! Thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers...Miss Cathryn...mine are with you!
Love what you've done with your home Connie!!! Best of luck with your stitch ing today. I hope it works!
ReplyDeleteYour home looks much more Stitcher-ish. You have such a great decorating eye!
ReplyDeleteWith respect to the plague -- there is a virus going around here with some gastro and a general feeling of malaise and brain fog. Hope it's not what you have, because it lasts at least 10 days (in people who are not on dialysis).

Your home is looking charming, Coni! Love the way you group pictures/wall hangings. That’s the worst for me. Really love the balcony. Hope the weather this summer allows you and JB to make good use of it. Hope your dialysis day goes smoothly.
ReplyDeleteNeat, tidy and welcoming...looks great, Coni.
ReplyDeleteHope your day goes well and the funk lifts...
Hope you feel better soon. I love your decor and the way you have made your new place so inviting. The balcony looks perfect for spring and summer dinners with Jersey Boy.

what a lovely outdoor space for you to enjoy when feeling not so great. keep up the stitching - one a day keeps may moving.
ReplyDeleteYour house looks so pretty. I love your stitching hanging on the wall, and I imagine those sliders to the porch open on a pretty day. Feel better. I hope the chair/stitching time went well today.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear you are not feeling well, and hope you are all better very soon. Please take care! We need you
ReplyDeleteYou really have a knack for decorating, Coni! Kudos.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry you are feeling unwell Coni. I love seeing your stitching on the wall, much more homey!!
ReplyDeleteI moved a couple of years ago, and not willingly. Husband lost his job due to office politics and we could no longer afford our large home in Colorado. Being near retirement age we moved to San Angelo Texas. It was nerve wracking and sudden, and we felt like orphans down here, living with hubbys' sister while we house hunted. Downsizing was awful, but we got through it. We are still adjusting. I felt much better when I got my samplers hung up. It takes time my dear, and a lot of cheerful thinking.
I hope you feel better soonest, and you are not too ill. Thinking of you every day...xo
So sorry you are not feeling well. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Your blogs help us all who are going through bad times.
ReplyDeleteLooking at your lovely stitching helps also.
It really looks like home now. Absolutely wonderful :)
ReplyDeleteLove your balcony and your needlework. I quit crossstitching several years ago due to not being able to see the small stitches but am getting back into it. I now buy the type that has the picture stamped on the fabric or cloth. Makes it a little easier. Get well soon!
