SATURDAY, SATURDAY...BLISS



Rich is at pickleball, so I am under the magic blanket with my damn good, the morning paper, and the Olympics on the TeeVee.  We missed the Opening Ceremonies last night because I was snoozing off and on after my harrowing day, and Rich was trying to figure out the plot of some crazy show on the Starz.

Today will be a quiet recovery day, so after I get my wits about me I plan on stitching stitching stitching!

    Was Rich watching American Gods on Starz? That has been my favorite! I also read the book (Neil Gaiman) and both were great.

    What is pickleball? Is it played with dills or gherkins? And what do the chickens think about this game of balls and pickles?

    You sure earned a well deserved a cozy-dozy day, as I like to call it, under a blankie.
    I just recently heard of pickle-ball when I my aunt and uncle started playing it in the south...they even made tot he pickle-ball championships! It sounds like great fun and a real work out...good for JB!
