MONDAY...MONDAY

Tee hee hee...I just realized that the hooves of the deer (yet to be stitched) look like bunny pooh! 😬

  1. Hey there! What color are you using for the lettering? the chart calls for Deep Fennel by Classic Color works and I am not really happy with it.

  2. Thank you for the morning laugh. I think you should leave the rest of the deer for now so that you giggle every time you pick up your embroidery.

  3. Love the bunny poop! I saw another lady who had a levitating deer because she hadn't done the snow yet, which gave me all sorts of giggles. Apparently us stitchers are easily amused. :)

Do you do instagram at all? I thought I remember you saying in another post that you did, but maybe I'm wrong. I've just started posting a little bit...4 of the projects shown I did after seeing you do them. Let me know if you have an account there so I can follow you. Mine is https://www.instagram.com/violetstitchesmn/

  6. Love your 'bunny poop' piece...how are you liking the polka dot fabric? Is it hard to get the needle through the dots?
I am stitching a sampler from HATS and having damn good coffee. Hope your day is good sweet Coni xo Mj

  9. LOL I have a reproduction sampler I stitched several years ago. There 2 deer at the bottom. On one deer the stitcher either didn't finish one leg or those stitches worked their way out. For a long time, my brain did not see that as a partial leg (insert "use your imagination"!).
