The almost true exploits of an intrepid spinster and her stitching...and all of the things that make up her crazy, happy, quiet little life.
Or at least have a warning...like in JAWS...before the big old nasty shark attacks your puny little boat. Me too. A soundtrack would be helpful. I think you're on to something when you acknowledge that you're going through, to continue the boat metaphor, a ship-load of crap right now (physically, mentally, and emotionally). Stop being so hard on yourself. It's your party. Cry if you want to. (Sorry for the lame pop music reference.)Never be afraid to ask for help. I follow your blog and a few days ago our stitchy friends suggested seeking counseling to help you with all the strain you're going through right now. Finding a good fit in a therapist is kind of like finding the right pair of shoes: it might take a while, but when you do...your world becomes a more comfortable place. Hang in there kiddo. You're a remarkable woman. And judging from the photos, so far you're new home is shaping up nicely. Be proud of yourself. We're proud of you.
Can you figure out how to do that??🙄
Coni, did you ever watch the tv show Ally McBeal? In that show some of the characters imagined their own theme music and would use it to give themselves attitude and courage. I say pick your own music!
Everything looks great at CS2 Coni!
Or change the music!!!
