That's the list of stuff that I have to accomplish today. It's 1:31 in the afternoon and I am still in my robe and slippers with no intention of changing that whatsoever.
I might stitch, I might not.
The kitchen is a hazmat zone, but we'll just kerp that between us chickens, and when I decide to go take a snoozy nap, I will also rely on you to look the other way and pretend that I did housekerping and laundry all day.
K?
Oh Coni, thanks for the chuckle! Housekeeping is highly overrated. I do hope you put in a few stitches though! Stay warm!
ReplyDeletelol I'm snowed in, so I'm quilting all day and cross stitching tonight. I won't say anything about your kitchen, as mine looks the same!
ReplyDeleteI'm NOT snowed in, but I'm having a jammy day. Quilting happening here today, followed by some cross stitch later tonight. It's all good.
ReplyDeleteConi, that's me every weekend! ;)
ReplyDeleteI find thinking(very quickly) about the hk much easier than doing it:)
ReplyDeleteI see nothing....nothing....
ReplyDeleteAlmost 3:30 pm here still in pj's too I make a point in NOT dressing unless I HAVE to be in public. Been watching utube sewing videos, stitching a little bit too. Did go out to the barn to grab a shelving unit w/ DS who is also in pj's(so corrupted) cleaned it off set up in my BR put books on it closed the door. Did plop roast taters & onions in crock pot this am so dinner is taken care of. Back to utube. Blessings, Baa
ReplyDeleteIt'll be our little secret.

ReplyDeleteI so enjoy slothing! LOL And the best thing is that I never feel guilty about it. To me, it is a necessity of life, and I feel so very blessed that, since I have retired, I am able to do it whenever I want. I have found that keeping your days as unencumbered as you want is truly a good way to live. I like stress-free days so much. I did spend a lot of today with my mom which I do quite often as she doesn't drive anymore and her sight has failed so much that she needs help and really enjoys having company. We went for a drive today and I picked up some meat (roast and some hamburger) for her that she got on a gift card, then we stopped for lunch and spent the rest of the day doing what we wanted; she stitched and read a bit and I did some stitching. I am catching up on email now and getting ready to stitch and watch Flosstube in my pj's. So I hope you continue to enjoy your weekend however you chose to spend it. Cozy in and relax. Thinking of you................
ReplyDeleteDon't even worry about it, just enjoy yourself :)
ReplyDeleteHousekeeping is for those who do not know how to stitch!
ReplyDeleteWon't tell a soul.
ReplyDeleteYour secrecy is safe. ;)
