That's going to be totally spectacular. I'm glad you are back in your saddle-shaped stitchy chair. I'm not sure you realize what an inspiration you are to us. I'm very proud of you for talking about your creative "slump". We all have them so knowing you have them too makes us all feel quite normal. Thank you for all you do. Please give Master Stewey a pat for me.
Sounds like a great evening! At some point, you need post updated photos of your fabulous white wall of nothingness. I always find that wall inspiring, as well as your seasonal decor.
Wow! and what a beautiful project it is too. Stewey looks like he is on Creative Stitching Watch. One lapse with the needle and you may just get a curled lip snarl from the ol boy! Happy for you and your sidekick, Coni
Nope....I slammed that door pretty hard! Besides, I don't want any trace or memory of that nastiness anywhere near my life again. This is definitely a hyena-free zone!
I enjoyed the Night Circus as well, my writing teacher turned the class onto it and what a delightfully different read. It was so different and intriguing. I am also glad to hear that our favorite Spinster Stitcher and her little Stewey are happily enjoying life and stitching again! I love the colors of the piece you are working on, so very vibrant.
I think one reason the book was so intriguing is that you aren't sure where the story is going and it is subtle and enticing at the same time. I'm delighted the hyena is gone and sent back from whence it came. Good riddance!
