I know, right? Yesterday I broke out Spring Has Come from Prairie Schooler and it didn't feel the least bit weird to be stitching on something non-wintry in February!
I so agree! I'm here in Cincinnati and it is 50 today - that is just so weird! I have 2 recently finished wintery samplers done and have little interest in displaying them. All I can think about is sunshine, flowers and seed catalogs!
Yes this weather in Indiana stinks. Scully is really grumpy....rain all week-end. We need snow for her to play in and give me a break to stitch. May send her your way if she doesn't change her attitude.....lol.....

LOL, I agree. I live near Indianapolis and there are SO many people here for the superbowl! And all are just raving about our weather!

ReplyDeleteI'm just thankful we are not in Colorado or Nebraska this weekend!
ReplyDeleteBTW, Coni, I love your new Profile blurb
9 inches here in Colorado - and it just started snowing again!! I'll be glad to send some your way ;)
ReplyDeleteI hear ya', Conni!

I am in Colorado Springs...we got a dusting of snow which is nearly gone already. Unlike most of you, I LOVE snowy weather. Bring it on!!
ReplyDeleteI am, however dreaming over Wayward Garden, by Drawn Thread, so maybe spring fever is distracting me as well...
Kisses to Stewey and Bosco...
Well get started, it's only six more weeks of winter. Then you can hang that finished spring piece.
ReplyDeleteHere in VA we were in the mid 60s last week and now snow is forcast for this weekend. How wierd is that?
ReplyDeleteCome on over! We're having big snow in Colorado.

ReplyDeleteWhy fight it? Just go with it. I'm at the point in my stitching career that I stitch whatever moves me. It's all about the joy in doing it.

ReplyDeleteI just bought fabric for a spring piece I found in a magazine. We had a high of 47 here in Idaho today and just couldn't face winter stuff.
ReplyDeleteThe weather is bringing out the defiant one in me, I feel like stitching Christmas ornaments just because. LOL
