Back in the day - the 60s of course - there was a song that went something like 'All we are saying is, Give peace a chance'. I suppose playing it over every loudspeaker system in Ukraine, Israel, Palestine, Sudan etc, etc, etc wouldn't actually work, but it would be worth a try.
