Hi Coni! Oh yes, it hurts alright! I often wonder if ballet dancers have some way of alleviating the pain, seeing as they flex their feet in that way all the time.
Lol! Years ago my son had walked home from school, pottered around in his room then came rushing downstairs - "MUM! I think I've broken my leg!" His first cramp! Awww! Or should I say Owwww!

ReplyDeleteYes, I do this in my sleep! My foot cramps and it shoots up my calf and leaves me with a golf ball size knot.
