This morning was futzing morning for me. I redid my "priority" bag. Unfortunately nothing came out but several things went in. At least no long projects (also known as huge) went in. All have been at least started but one that I need to find threads for - probably at the store. It seems that all I have done this summer is work on the HUGE projects and therefore no finishes. I have decided to leave the canvas work until winter when I don't go out as much. JHM
Was trying to see some of the 1 over 2's. Are they in the inner parts of the flowers? I love how it seems lighter and then you can see the darker red spots. Can't tell from photo if it's a color change or thread thickness difference. It's looking very pretty.
Hi Pam! Inner parts of flowers are 2/2 in Woodrose. Outer parts are 1/2 in Chili Pepper. I'm doing small accent areas in 2/2 and the larger backgrounds 1/2.
So my futzing day saw a new project start. Love how your Summer project is coming along. I need to update my blog with some of the finishes for this year.
That is beautiful! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThe bees are so cute.

DeleteThanks for filling me in. So it was a color change. It does make sense that the inners (accents) are thicker and the outers thinner. I love it!
