IN WHICH WE EAT A SALAD


This one was so good! I just kind of dumped in stuff I found in the fridge and pantry: mixed greens as a base, and then chickpeas, craisins, pepitas, sliced apple, and feta cheese for toppings. Salt, pepper, and a little bit of Paul Newman's White Balsamic, and I was one happy spinster!

(Long-haired scruffy Jamie didn't hurt matters either!)
