The part that took me by surprise was when Kate curtseyed to The Queen. I don't know why, but that sent me into fresh tears....it just felt so ....?....I can't describe it.

Stars will be a very fitting commemoration to 9/11 and now is a perfect time to work on it.... Here come the tears again...

So sad about the devastation and loss suffered in parts of our Country. More tears and prayers to all affected by the storms.

Keep stitching ~ I look forward to seeing the beautiful Stars for the New Millenium in all its' Glory!

x xsherihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15690727920068063232noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5007999093281954902.post-30139248489294527222011-05-03T09:21:36.606-04:002011-05-03T09:21:36.606-04:00Woo Hoo, indeed!

It's a slog through a jungle with many layers. You will sweat and weep. But fall totally in love.

Here's link to Jane's posting of the errata sheet in case you don't have it. I did not watch the wedding, but know that many people did and crying about it is all right. Human nature is to cry at at a wedding, even those of complete strangers. Have a great day! I do have a question about your needlework framing. How do you frame your pieces when you work on them if not using snap bars? Loved every bit of it. Thought the Queen looked lovely. As the bridal party returned to the Palace in their carriages every band played God Save the Queen when she passed. The thought that struck me was, the Queen must get sick of hearing that day in, day out, LOL.coral-seashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08876196936807771078noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5007999093281954902.post-74628656292901699022011-05-02T15:38:15.779-04:002011-05-02T15:38:15.779-04:00OOO my DD1 has watched and watched the Tudors ... ...OOO my DD1 has watched and watched the Tudors ... loves it .. me nope .. loved all the wedding and sighed at the dress and loved the singing too :) ooooo that project is looking good already .. And as a DAR member, I felt like I should almost be ashamed, crying at the wedding of a to-be British monarch. But she was so amazingly beautiful. Also, a hearty clap clap for the color choice on the stars project. Love me some red white and blue! I'm glad they got Bin Laden, but after just a few minutes of catching up and realizing they'd gotten him, I felt that to watch more gave him more power over me than I felt he deserved, so I turned him off and watched Holmes Inspection - love me some Mike Holmes!Katherinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00443276914204027757noreply@blogger.com
