I woke up late with my face in the sun, and a beautiful cool breeze coming through the open window. Were it not for the fact that I was ready for some damn good, I'd still be there dozing under the snoozy blanket, Dearies!
Notre Dame plays BYU tonight, and the ESPN shenangins have already started out there in Provo, so while they do their thing on the TeeVee, I'm looking forward to yet another slow and quiet afternoon of coloring and stitching.

I adore you but I must tell you I am a true blue BYU fan. I graduated from BYU in 1968 and my love for my alma mater has never altered. There have been so many fun posts on my Facebook page on the students at BYU camping out since Wednesday night for all the festivities. They will need to catch up on studies later. Game fever has to be fed! The campus police at BYU have always been very vigilant so no danger could occur to students camping outside on that campus! You may not know this but visitors attending football games each receive a small container of BYU ice cream made at the dairy. BYU alumni deliver this in-between game quarters. There is a waiting list to do this ice cream delivery. BYU wants to ensure that visitors have a happy time at football games.
ReplyDeleteI often cheer for Notre Dame but today I cannot. I do love the campus at Notre Dame. I love the pristine helmets at the start of the Fighting Irish games. Naturally do to the nature of football games, those helmets often get a smudge or two during the games.
Let us hope and pray no one gets injured during the game today!
