Some of my parts have been discarded medically due to malfunction. When I got one hospital bill, I called the bill administrator to remind her I had given her something already. Of course, that part was only working at 11% so it wasn't of much use. I did pay my bill. So far the parts of me that have been discarded haven't disrupted my life very much. Other parts that are still part of me not working so well still cause regret at times. I need to remind myself to keep working on my gratitude that I am still alive and walking and seeing and hearing (with hearing aids!) and tasting and so on. Plus, I just have to laugh! I am sitting here feeling poked upon. I just had my Prolia injection. Yesterday I had my Covid shot. I am not feeling ambitious at all...but that is okay!
True! And, like vintage cars, we've got much more (and much nicer) personality than the mass-produced present-day versions. People love us, for a very good reason.
So true
