A LITTLE MORE PROGRESS

Not sure if any of it makes sense, but a few more things here and there:
And Mom's Jasper cabinet put back together:

I'm showered and in clean pajamas, so nothing to compllain about.  I think I'll do a littke stitching and then try to get to bed with a book at a decent hour so I can get up tomorrow for Library Guild.

Hope your weekend is off to a wonderful start!

  1. Good girl! Beautiful cabinet & love your sofa. I desperately need a new one mine is falling apart due to many rough big guys crashing onto it over 16 yrs. Oh well the good Lord will provide he always does. I take valerian about an HR before I go to bed helps a lot.

  3. It looks like everything is beginning to fall into place. I know how it feels when you can get to this point and start getting rid of all those boxes. CS2 is looking good! Onward and upward!

  16. I'm liking what I'm seeing! Definite progress from a couple of weeks ago, and it's getting easier to see the final result, which is (a) not very far away now and (b) very good already. I was particularly happy to see your ceiling light fitting in the top picture, in what I'm guessing is kitchen territory, because its identical twin is above my personal head as I type. Hands across the hemispheres! Ooh, and may I compliment you on yesterday's uber-patriotic toes? Nifty indeed.

  21. Coni, it's looking more homey with each picture you share. But I know it's going to take time before it feels like home. God bless you my dear. That curve ball that God threw at you, curved all the way to China - it's hard to have a couple of life altering events. I'm so proud of how you're reaching out to us with so many of these events you've been dealt with. Go ahead and cry, but know we are here. We all love you and want to see you heal, spiritually, physically and mentally and will do all we can to help. Hugs sent and prayers continue every day.
