TAKING SLOTH TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL

Nothing.  Zilch.  Nada.

That's the list of stuff that I have to accomplish today.  It's 1:31 in the afternoon and I am still in my robe and slippers with no intention of changing that whatsoever.

I might stitch, I might not.

The kitchen is a hazmat zone, but we'll just kerp that between us chickens, and when I decide to go take a snoozy nap, I will also rely on you to look the other way and pretend that I did housekerping and laundry all day.

K?

  1. Oh Coni, thanks for the chuckle! Housekeeping is highly overrated. I do hope you put in a few stitches though! Stay warm!

Did plop roast taters & onions in crock pot this am so dinner is taken care of. Back to utube. Blessings, Baa

  12. I so enjoy slothing! LOL And the best thing is that I never feel guilty about it. To me, it is a necessity of life, and I feel so very blessed that, since I have retired, I am able to do it whenever I want. I have found that keeping your days as unencumbered as you want is truly a good way to live. I like stress-free days so much. I did spend a lot of today with my mom which I do quite often as she doesn't drive anymore and her sight has failed so much that she needs help and really enjoys having company. We went for a drive today and I picked up some meat (roast and some hamburger) for her that she got on a gift card, then we stopped for lunch and spent the rest of the day doing what we wanted; she stitched and read a bit and I did some stitching. I am catching up on email now and getting ready to stitch and watch Flosstube in my pj's. So I hope you continue to enjoy your weekend however you chose to spend it. Cozy in and relax. Thinking of you................
